Every year, the National Association of Home Builders puts on the home building industry’s largest new product exposition and education program: The NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS). While there, the Paparone team was able to view and experience the latest in cutting edge products and technology from all aspects of homebuilding from design, construction and interior and exterior finishing products. They also attended networking and educational events so the company is up to date with the most current industry information.

We were proud to be honored with the Commitment to Excellence Award by the Sales and Marketing Committee of the Builders League of South Jersey at the annual Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence Awards held at Lucien’s in Berlin, Camden County.  This is the company’s 9th time winning this prestigious award.

The Commitment to Excellence Award was established in 1996 to recognize the League’s builder members who demonstrate outstanding customer service and quality as perceived by South Jersey’s newest homebuyers.  The annual award is based on a survey sent throughout the year to new homebuyers.  These surveys provide valuable feedback to builder members who are interested in monitoring and upgrading their customer service.  The criteria for selection is based on overall professionalism in the new home purchase, quality of workmanship, customer relations, service after the sale and total customer satisfaction.

We were also honored with MAME awards for Best Color Logo for a Builder Member for their Village of Country Gardens community, Best Use of Social Media for a Builder Member, and Best Print Ad Color – More Than One Page for a Builder Member.

The hardworking team at Bruce Paparone, Inc. New Homes took home many prestigious awards as well.  Project Manager of the Year went to Joe DiOrio, Project Superintendent of the Year was won by Mike Bocchino, Sales and Marketing Director of the Year went to Jeanne Gamber, and the Highest Dollar Volume Salesperson – Builder Member was won by Marilyn Ruff.  The sales team, including Janet Scarduzio, Bernice Azarian, and Marilyn Ruff, was recognized for their dedication and hard work with the Million Dollar Sales Club Awards for 2015-2016.

The Village of Country Gardens community received an award for Best Temporary Sales Center, designed by Katgraphic, LLC.  Katgraphic is a design company owned and operated by Kathryn Cavanaugh.  Katgraphic designed all of the community materials for The Village of Country Gardens and will help create the permanent sales center in the upcoming year.
