We love the wooded landscape and rolling hills throughout the development.      My wife and I wanted to write and tell you about our wonderful experience building our new home through your company.

     After many months of searching for a builder and a community, we came upon your sales sign out on Creek Road. After walking into the sales office, my wife realized that she had previously met one of your saleswomen Marilyn and after talking with her she realized she had looked at Park South the year before, but we were not quite ready to build at the time. Eleanor, Marilyn, Lori, and Bonnie were not only extremely professional, but very well informed with every detail of building our home. From picking out our lot to the day of closing each time we had a question they were more than willing to help and if they didn't have the answer right away within a day or two we could count on them calling us back with the information. They allowed my wife to bring our daughters in on numerous occasions to assist in picking out colors, options and the basics for the house.

     One of the big issues Rose and I had with taking on the building of a new home was the after the house is built time. In our past experience the builder never came back to fix the things that needed to be fixed. Bill, Bob, Chris, and the team of guy's that take care of the warranty work have been wonderful, all the things that needed to be completed were done in a timely and professional fashion and the few things that can't be completed until spring we are confident will be taken care of at that time.

     We wanted you to know that we have no problem recommending Paparone Builders and let everyone know what a wonderful building experience we had.

Although we are still several weeks away from closing, my wife and I have had very positive experiences dealing with Patricia Cataldi. We sold our home much sooner than expected and needed to find a new home quickly. Pat told us about a "spec" home that was far enough along for February delivery but which still allowed us the opportunity to make the changes we wanted.

     Despite the holidays, our schedules and the weather, Pat worked with us tirelessly to finalize our selections and was even able to arrange to have the front of the home bricked even though it was ready for siding.      My husband and I recently purchased a home in Mullica Hill. We are most pleased with the home and the total experience. We had been thinking of moving for several years but could never find the right situation. It was a Sunday morning in November 2001 when my husband saw an advertisement in the Philadelphia Inquirer. Our former home was built by Tom Paparone and the US Home Corporation. We lived there twenty-two years and had a nice solid house. We felt comfortable with Paparone builders. On November 11th my first contact was with Pauline who was very knowledgeable and encouraging-assuring me that there were indeed several models that met our criteria and budget. When I arrived and took one look at the beautiful perimeter of trees surrounding a community of well kept homes I knew this was the place I wanted to live. When I was told that the lot across from the sample home was available, I wrote a check -- without even notifying my husband -- to hold the property. From that moment I had great fun choosing the floor plan -- St. Regis -- with its large kitchen and gorgeous upstairs won. Then I met Carlda and the many choices for inside and out began. She was fabulous with her knowledge, calm demeanor and sense of humor. All the sales people - Pat, Judy, Carol and Pauline helped me during the months of planning, decisions and deadlines. I looked forward to seeing them and valued their experience and unfailingly pleasant and helpful attitude. Joe and Al were exemplary. We had very few construction concerns and each one was taken care of almost instantaneously. The house was done ahead of shedule which was a great plus to us and the final walk through and orientation was so positive that Lou and I will count the purchase as a highlight of our lives. As a builder you must be very proud to provide quality affordable housing for US citizens. Thank you for making our lives so comfortable.

      First of all let me preface my remarks by thanking you personally for all the professional courtesies you extended to my wife Kathleen and I with the purchase of our new home at Wensley.

     The minute we walked into your model home we were greeted by sales manager Eleanor DiStefano and her associate Lori Italiano and we knew that our experience with your company was going to be exceptional. I would also like to say that Eleanor and Lori were extremely patient and professional while guiding my wife and I through the process of purchasing our new home. Although a move to a new home can be quite draining, your entire staff was very accommodating and exceptionally professional in all their written and verbal communications.

     I’d like to extend thanks to John Morgan and his co-workers (Bill and Joe) for their patience and time in completing some of the punch list items. Finally, I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to your warranty manager, Jayne Barnes, for all her help at completing most of our punch list items. This is an area of your company which is unmatched by other builders. Whether it be dealing with Brian from your staff or the subcontractors that worked on our home it was an exceptional experience and I can only say you should be very proud of Jayne and these other individuals.

     My husband, Joe, and I purchased a home in Savona in 2008 and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the staff and our new home.

     After living in our former two story home for 15 years, we began a search to find a rancher style ome that would meet our needs. We have a family of 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren and I frequently work from home. We needed space for visiting family and I needed a home office. Downsizing was not our goal, we wanted single floor living. I had registered my name as a Real Estate Agent at Savona when you first began the development. I kept track of its progress through your website. I liked the open floor plan of the Avignon, but felt it didn't serve us well. However, one day I decided to call to ask some questions and Carlda advised that you were very open to customizing your own floorplans. Creating a 4th bedroom in the Avignon was a major feature to us as well as having a separate living room. We are not fans of the "great room" concept, we wanted a separate family room. After much discussion, we visited and viewed two occupied homes.

     Carlda was very helpful by walking us through your process and made every effort to meet our goals. Your willingness to permit the changes and customizations we requested was the final deciding factor to move to Savona. Long story short, we signed the agreement of sale after much consideration and discussion.

     The entire build process was wonderful due to the patient and experienced sales staff of Marilyn, Carlda and Lori and members of your construction staff, Dave and Chris. I emphasize "patient". I know that we really gave them a run for their money as we made many changes to the floorplan, installed many upgrades and then, during the build, made even more changes. I have been involved with condo conversions and construction and believe me, I have had clients like myself that tried my patience daily. The Savona team was always courteous, always patient and always accommodating. They are the epitome of customer service at its highest level. In particular I must mention Marilyn, who graciously responded to my constant emails or phone calls with the utmost professionalism. She is truly an asset to your organization and to the industry. Everyone here at Savona is to be celebrated, they are terrific!

     We want to thank you for your accommodations to our specific goals. You permitted many changes to your floorplan and provided details and drawings for our customizations, which has allowed us to create a home that suits our needs and provides a haven to us.
