Junior Estimator
Location: Stratford, NJ

Position Overview: Bruce Paparone New Homes, Southern New Jersey's most prominent private home builder, is looking for a passionate candidate to join our Purchasing team as a Junior Estimator. In this role, you will support the development and management of new home budgets, product and option pricing, job start approvals, and trade partner relations. You’ll collaborate with the Sales, Construction, and Marketing teams to ensure the successful design and construction of our new home communities. If you’re passionate about creating neighborhoods where great memories are made, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, bid, and oversee the incorporation of home options and products.
  • Maintain pricing data, product & options descriptions, and material lists on the construction management system.
  • Manage the product & options library, organizing budgets, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Ensure all home option, selection, and specification details are correct prior to start of construction.
  • Assist in value engineering analyses to ensure cost-efficient production.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports for senior management.
  • Oversee and track product rebate reporting.
  • Assist with sourcing, bidding, and evaluating trade partners to maintain quality and cost standards.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to maintain and update scopes of work.

Qualifications:

  • .2+ years' experience as an Estimator in construction or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business, or similar is preferred.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms (E.g. Mark Systems).

Insurance CSR
Location: Stratford, NJ

We’re looking for someone who loves people and brings positive energy to every conversation. As our Commercial and Personal Lines CSR, you’ll be the voice of our agency. Helping our clients navigate their policies, solving problems, and making insurance feel easy. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with billing, claims, and coverage questions, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with producers and carriers to prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal materials.
  • Maintain accurate records in AMS360 and ensure all client information is up to date.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional coverages when appropriate.
  • Build lasting client relationships through proactive, professional service and attention to detail.
  • Support internal processes by assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to team initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in insurance customer service.
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite software.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms (AMS 360 experience preferred.
