INSURANCE CSR
Location: Stratford, NJ

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for someone who loves people and brings positive energy to every conversation. As our Commercial and Personal Lines CSR, you’ll be the voice of our agency. Helping our clients navigate their policies, solving problems, and making insurance feel easy. PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with billing, claims, and coverage questions, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with producers and carriers to prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal materials.
  • Maintain accurate records in AMS360 and ensure all client information is up to date.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional coverages when appropriate.
  • Build lasting client relationships through proactive, professional service and attention to detail.
  • Support internal processes by assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to team initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years' experience in insurance customer service.
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite software.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms (AMS 360 experience preferred.

SALES ASSISTANT / PROCESSOR
Location: Communities located in Camden, Gloucester & Burlington Counties

ROLE SUMMARY

Bruce Paparone New Homes, one of Southern New Jersey’s most prominent private home builders, is seeking an organized and customer-focused New Home Sales Assistant / Processor to support our Community Sales Manager and help deliver an exceptional homebuying experience.

This role is responsible for assisting with lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, prospect communication, buyer coordination, CRM updates, closing coordination, community presentation, and sales support throughout the new home sales process.
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, professional, and comfortable working with homebuyers, Realtors, internal teams, and community visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, real estate, new construction, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Reach out to leads and prospective homebuyers to schedule appointments, provide follow-up, and support the sales process.
  • Greet and qualify prospects, share community and area information, and assist with presenting available homes, homesites, features, and benefits.
  • Support the Community Sales Manager with buyer deposits, Wishlist pricing, available selections, options, and sales documentation.
  • Work closely with the Community Sales Manager, construction, service, design, and leadership teams to help provide a seamless homebuying experience.
  • Maintain accurate buyer, lead, and sales activity information in the CRM and assist with weekly sales reporting.
  • Coordinate homebuyer closings with buyers, lenders, title companies, internal departments, and other parties involved.
  • Collaborate with the Community Sales Manager and marketing team on social media ideas, local marketing opportunities, and community promotion to increase brand awareness and qualified traffic.
  • Maintain model and inventory homes with proper supplies, signage, marketing materials, and cleanliness to ensure a show-ready presentation at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, real estate, homebuilding, mortgage, title, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable greeting prospects, answering questions, and assisting buyers throughout the sales process.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads, buyers, appointments, deadlines, and follow-up items at once.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn and communicate community information, available homes, homesites, options, pricing, and construction timelines.
  • Dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work weekends, occasional evenings, buyer appointments, and community events as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Active real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain if required for role responsibilities.
