The HERS Index® is a registered trademark of the Residential Energy Services Network (“RESNET”), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed in 1995 to develop and maintain national standards for evaluating building energy and resource energy performance. The HERS (“Home Energy Rating System”) Index allows buyers to compare the relative energy efficiency of different homes.
The HERS Index score provided and the estimated energy savings are estimates only and are based upon the average energy performance forspecified home categories as determined by HERS. Bruce Paparone Communities, Inc. does not warrant or guarantee that the home as used by its occupants will achieve the stated HERS Index score.
