Honoring a Legacy of Service: Bill Banks Receives the BLSJ Distinguished Service Award

We are proud to share that Bill Banks has been presented with the Builders League of South Jersey’s Distinguished Service Award — a prestigious honor reserved for members who have made profound and lasting contributions to the association.

For many years, Bill has been a dedicated and influential member of the Action Committee, where his thoughtful leadership helped identify key challenges facing builders throughout the region. His commitment to guiding the Builders League toward meaningful, forward-thinking solutions has made a tremendous impact.

Bill has also served as a Life Director on the BLSJ Board of Directors and as a trustee for the BLSJ Scholarship Foundation, where he helped support the next generation of professionals entering the building industry. Through his service, he has strengthened not only the organization but the future of homebuilding in South Jersey.+

This year, Bill began his journey toward retirement after an incredible 42-year career helping to shape and grow Paparone New Homes into the respected, community-focused company it is today. His dedication, insight, and passion for excellence have left a lasting legacy felt by colleagues, partners, and the many families who now call our communities home.
