Paparone Receives Highest Customer Ratings in the Northeast for 2nd year in a row!

We are excited to announce that Paparone New Homes has received the 2023 Avid Gold Award for Highest Customer Ratings in the Northeast U.S.!  This is the second year in a row that we have received this prestigious award.  It is a true testimony to our ENTIRE team -- from sales, construction & warranty to our vendors, subcontractors and everyone in between.  At Paparone, our mission has always been to "build quality new homes at a great value, while providing a superior customer experience!"    We are extremely proud to be recognized for this. 

The Avid Awards are presented by Avid Ratings, an independent customer experience research firm used by over 460 homebuilders.  The awards recognize builders who achieve the highest scores in the homebuying customer experience surveys during the first 90 days of ownership.  The award winners embody exceptional customer service in the homebuilding industry. 

We are continually striving to improve the homebuying experience, and the Avid Surveys are an important metric and key to our success.
